In these pages, “Crowned Empire,” “we,” and “us” mean Barbara Sarti, a licensed Florida insurance agent (FL License #W788222, NPN 200990589), operating the Crowned Empire website at crownedempire.com, a Crowned Visionary Media brand. “You” means anyone who visits the site.
What we collect
This website has registration and interest forms, such as free video sign-ups, career applications, and resource requests. The forms are powered by MailerLite. We do not offer user accounts. We collect information only in these ways:
- When you book a call. You enter your name, email address, phone number (if requested), and any notes in the scheduling form. That form is run by Google Calendar (see “Third parties” below).
- When you ask for a free guide or join our email list. You give us your first name and email address. They are stored with our email service provider, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- When you register for an event. You give us your name, phone number, email address, the date you choose, and whether you will attend in person or on Zoom. We use it to confirm your spot, send reminders and the address or Zoom details, and follow up about the event.
- When you fill out a registration or interest form. For a free video sign-up, career application, or a resource request, you give us your name, email address, phone number (if requested), and your consent choices. The forms are powered by MailerLite. We use this information to send you event details, follow-ups, and the information you asked for.
- When you email us. We receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
- During a call. If you choose to discuss coverage, we may ask about your mortgage, age, health, and family so we can show you real options. Share only what you are comfortable sharing. Health and application details are collected for underwriting, not through this website.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider and any analytics tool we turn on may see your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and referring page.
How we use it
- To schedule, hold, and follow up on the call you requested.
- To send event details, follow-ups, and requested information after you register or show interest through a form.
- To answer your questions and show you coverage options you asked about.
- To keep the site secure, working, and understandable (for example, seeing which pages are visited).
- To meet legal, licensing, and recordkeeping duties that apply to insurance agents.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and bookings, with insurance carriers when you ask us to start a quote or application, and when the law requires it.
Third parties
- Google Calendar handles scheduling for calls and some events. Your booking details go to Google and to us, and Google’s own privacy policy applies to its handling of them. The booking calendar on this site loads from Google’s servers.
- MailerLite powers our registration and interest forms and sends our emails. Your name, email address, phone number, and consent choices from those forms are processed by MailerLite, and its own privacy policy applies.
- Eventbrite and Zoom may be used for events. If you register or attend through them, your details are handled by those services under their own privacy policies.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site, which means your browser requests font files from Google.
- Hosting and analytics. The site is hosted on a third-party platform (such as Cloudflare). We may use basic, aggregate traffic statistics. We do not use advertising trackers or sell advertising data. If this changes, we will update this page.
Cookies
This site does not set its own cookies. Google and our hosting provider may use cookies or similar technology as described in their own policies.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal and recordkeeping obligations for licensed insurance agents. If you only booked a call and never became a client, we delete or anonymize your details when they are no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Calls, texts, and being contacted
When you book a call or give us your phone number or email, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, or email about that request, such as confirming, rescheduling, or following up on your call, or sending the event details and information you asked for. Message and data rates may apply. We will not use your information to send unrelated marketing without your permission. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us at [email protected].

Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time. Some information may need to be kept to meet legal duties.
